Tokyo stocks open down as investors eye outcome of BOJ meeting  pl  tr  fa  ru

TOKYO, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Tokyo stocks opened down Tuesday as investors took up a cautious stance ahead of the conclusion of the Bank of Japan's (BOJ) two-day policy meeting. As of 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average lost 25.44 points, or 0.15 percent, from Monday to 17,208.31.
