Nepal rebels lock weapons under UN

KATHMANDU, Nepal (AP) -- The leader of Nepal's communist rebels said they have made significant progress in peace talks with the government and have informally agreed to lock up weapons under United Nations supervision. Rebel leader Prachanda told reporters Sunday that an informal agreement has been reached with the government on arms management.
